New goal
I intend to listen to every one of the 20,168 songs in my music library. I will do this by never listening to the same song twice until I’m done.
That’s about fifty-two days of music. Supposing I listen to music at least five hours a day, it will take me eight months to do this. I’ll be done in June 2011.
This is very challenging so far. I have ten songs by Hoobastank. Maybe I should listen to these in alphabetical order, from A-ha to Zzzz, or from “A-List Actress” to “Zuton Fever.” I hate “Zuton Fever,” so I’m okay with saving it for last.
My pop-punk days are going to catch up with me. I’m positive that the ambient music is going to feel inappropriate whenever it happens to come on. Do you know how much reggae I have for no good reason?
Maybe I should listen to music every opportune waking hour. Then it would take me about three months.
